Most of us probably have memories of watching our parents deal with hardships, stressful situations, or difficult circumstances. How they respond to these issues can shape our own opinions and our own reactions when we face difficulty. Muslim children across the world now are watching their parents react to a day of hunger, a day of fasting, and going without. While most below the age of 12 will not be fasting from food themselves, their daily lives will still be greatly affected by their parents’ fasting.

As muslim children across East Asia watch what it means to go all day without food and water, pray their hearts will also be searching for meaning behind this sacrifice. As they seek out truth, pray that seeds of the gospel would reach their hearts through local Christians, through online media, or through dreams and visions.
