Grandmother, NaiNai, was distressed when she heard that the foreign worker was leaving her country soon.  She had come to depend on this health worker for reliable health information, compassion, and conversations about the gospel.

Over the many months that she had been visiting NaiNai’s community, the health worker had also been able to help NaiNai’s family, friends, and neighbors.  Everyone in her circle of influence had been encouraged or touched in some way, and the gospel was always shared.  Now Grandmother wasn’t sure where she would turn for health advice, care, and encouraging conversations.

Pray

  • Pray for the seeds that have been planted.
  • Praise the Lord for the open door that community health provides among Muslims in East Asia.  Ask Him to send more workers to take up these ministries and build His Kingdom!
